Jack Kelly is just your Average Joe beat cop who spends his days writing tickets, chasing shoplifters and concluding investigations. It didn't use to be that way, though. His life has changed now that he has been framed for murder. Demoted, betrayed, and a little humiliated, Jack now has to work the streets from 9-5 learning what he can so he can clear his name.
