Because We May indie game sale kicked off today

So … many … indie … games … and they're all super cheap! Argh! Because We May, an awesome indie game sale I told you all about last week, started today, people.

The promotion is meant to celebrate digital download services like Steam and the App Store, which allow indie devs to place whatever price they want on their games. It really is a nice little sale, and it helps promote the indie side of the gaming industry further.

Just check out the games on hand to see what you can buy. You can snag games like World of Goo, Bit.Trip Runner, Braid, and Super Meat Boy for $2.99, $3.99, $5.00, and $4.99, respectively. And those are just three of the awesome titles on sale.

Seriously, check out the sale regardless of whether or not you've played an indie game in your life. Do a little research on YouTube and the always reliable Wikipedia, and you're bound to find something you like.
