As part of Bungie Day today, the studio unveiled a new in-game event for Destiny that'll help players secure their status as Legendary Guardian.
Over the course of the next two months, leading up to Destiny's first year anniversary, players must complete the "Moments of Triumph" — a series of quests and objectives players must complete by September 9th "to become one of the true legends from the first year of Destiny."
There are 10 Moments of Triumph you must complete, ranging from finding all Golden Chests to defeating Crota on Hard difficulty. All 10 of the Moments of Triumph are listed below, but you can keep track of your individual progress over on your Bungie profile page.
Apprentice of Light – A character reached the maximum level
Light of the Garden – Defeated the dark heart of the Black Garden
Light in the Dark – Prevented the summoning of Crota's Soul
Light of the Reef – Captured Skolas in the Vex Citadel
Bane of Skolas – Defeated Prison of Elders on Hard Difficulty
Bane of Atheon – Defeated Atheon on Hard Difficulty
Bane of Crota – Defeated Crota on Hard Difficulty
Public Servent – Completed 50 Public Events
Crucible Gladiator – Won 100 Crucible Matches
Chest Hunter – Found all Golden Chests
Should you complete all Moments of Triumph by September 9 — the one year anniversary of Destiny's launch — you'll earn the Triumph emblem.
