Does the idea of paying $349.99 for the Wii U Deluxe set not appeal to you at all? Would you rather buy your own external storage device and save a few bucks on Nintendo's system? Are those stands and that charge cradle not enticing enough? Well, that's fine, and that's exactly why there's a Basic Wii U. That said, if you are thinking of going the cheaper route with the system, you may want to snag yours through Best Buy.
The electronics retailer is currently bundling the new console with copies of Nintendo Land for $299.99. That means you'll save $59.99 on what is actually a pretty neat party game. Not shabby, not shabby at all!
Admittedly, I wasn't very sold on Nintendo Land, but then I took the time to play it with a friend of mine over the weekend. Suffice it to say I was quite impressed and found myself enjoying the experience. With that said, I fully recommend you check out this bundle on Best Buy's website if you're thinking of buying the Wii U Basic set.
If you do decide to take advantage of this offer, you'll have to do so by December 29 as that's when the deal ends.
