The holidays are the time of the year where everyone is just a little bit nicer than usual — and that rang true for several employees at a Best Buy in New York after they all chipped in to buy a WiiU for a kid who kept coming to their store.
Employees say for months the boy would come to the store to play with the free WiiU display. After getting to know him a bit more, they surprised him with a WiiU console, and even bought him Super Smash Bros. as his first game to play.
You can tell in the video that he’s completely stunned by the generosity.
The reports also say the employees gave him a ride home when the boy said he was afraid to walk the streets with the new system.
A manager at a Best Buy store says the employees saw an opportunity to make a child smile and did just that.
