Best Video Game Deals for Halloween

I love Halloween! I love being scared. I love eating my son's candy. I love seeing women dressed up as sl*tty police officers, sl*tty nurses, sl*tty cats—pretty much anything sl*tty. I also like being scared. There's nothing like playing a scary or really creepy game around this time of year. Due to some hauntingly awesome deals from Amazon and Steam, you can get a good scare from a good game for a great price.

Steam:

Amnesia: The Dark Descent $20.00 $4 80% Savings

Okay, I haven't played this game, but I've seen videos of it and people playing it. I'm going to pass, mostly because I don't feel like also buying a new pair of underwear, but if you're up for a really good scare this Halloween, this is the game to get.

OMG what is wrong with his face?!!!

Bioshock $19.99 $4.99 75% Savings

Bioschock 2 $19.99 $4.99 75% Savings

I've played the first Bioshock, and I loved it. It's not really scary, but the environment is definitely creepy, and some of the plot elements will give you the heebie-jeebies. I'll definitely get Bioshock 2, since I haven't played that. It's a great value for $4.99

Ghostbusters: The Video Game $9.99 $2.49 75% Savings

Reviews of this game hover around an 8/10. Call me sentimental, but any fan of the Ghostbusters movies should get this game—ESPECIALLY FOR TWO DOLLARS AND CHANGE! The entire cast of the movie lent their voices to the game, and Harold Ramis and Dan Akroyd did some script writing. The Ghostbusters humor is there, and this might be as close to seeing Bill Murray in another Ghostbusters project as you're going to get. “So be good for goodness sake…Whoa-oh! Somebody's coming!”

Amazon:

Dead Island $59.99 $39.99 33% Savings (or PC Digital Download at Gamestop.com for $37.49)

What screams Halloween more than zombies? Even though it didn't live up to the high expectations, Dead Island does feature some thrilling moments. Celebrate your love of the undead with this deal, or just laugh at the goofy way your character moves—whichever floats your boat.

F.E.A.R. 3 $49.99 $27.99 44% Savings

Okay, so it's not quite as creepy as the games earlier in the series, but it is called F.E.A.R. For roughly $28, you can experience some creepy visions and continue the story of the series.

Battlefield 3 $59.95 $50.99 15% Savings (Download Only)

Okay, so it's not a scary game, but it was just released, and the multiplayer is a ton of fun. Also, a 15% savings is nothing to scoff at.
