Bethesda recently took time out of their day to let us in on their super detailed leveling system for Fallout 4. There are seven SPECIALS, with 70 correlating Perks and each Perk has a ranking system that offers new features as you rank up, leaving you with over 270 options for Perks – yeah there's a lot to take in.
The developers know this – that's why they have decided to include a Perk poster with every Fallout 4 pre-order. That's right! Bethesda has just upped the ante on pre-orders for Fallout 4 by including a Perk poster with every Fallout 4 pre-order.
