Fallout 4 developer Bethesda has revealed that the arrival of mods on Xbox One sparked 50 times higher traffic than PC on release day.
May 31st marked the first time that gamers would be able to use the Fallout 4 Creation Kit on console platform.
The shocking statistic was first revealed by Bethesda's official Twitter account, check it out:
This tool allows you to change the game in the same way that a developer would and with that comes an opportunity to mess around with the entire landscape of the game.
One group in particular have been gaining a lot of media coverage in recent weeks, with project 'Fallout Cascadia' in the works. This will be a free modification, created by a team of developers, that is reportedly close to Fallout 3's map in size!
Cascadia is not the only modification to get excited for either. If you're interested in looking through a few more, check out our list of must-have mods by clicking here!
