Bethesda Rumor: Starfield reveal at E3 2017; Elder Scrolls 6 details; Game of Thrones game in development

Bethesda's E3 2017 conference might be starting later than anticipated, but it's definitely getting more intriguing with each passing day. The invite teased two unannounced titles that will be revealed! The two titles have not been confirmed, though it has been rumored that Evil Within 2 is in development and will be one of the two games.

A new rumor has appeared on 4chan tomorrow from an unverified source that has detailed what might be one of Bethesda's E3 announcements, as well as a coming game.

According to the leaker, Salulard, Bethesda Game Studios – the devs behind Elder Scrolls and Fallout, not the publisher Bethesda Softworks, will be revealing Starfield at E3.

"The game has actually been in conceptual stages since around Fallout 3's release. It went into pre production officially very low tier pre-production after Skyrims Release. After Fallout 4's release it went into full pre-production and after all the DLC was out they sped into full development.

"The game is going to be a sci-fi open world RPG in typical Bethesda first person fashion. It's going to feature 5-10 races there's still some debate on what should and shouldn't go in and takes place in the Fallout universe just so far in the future and far away from Earth that it'll only be mentioned in hints. This is part of an ongoing planned interconnected universe of every Bethesda franchise. They gave hints of this by implying the Brotherhood of Steel created Nirnroot in Fallout 4. They're getting a little wacky with the lore and using "Elder Scrolls time wounds" to justify lore inconsistencies.

"Basically, Fallout is the beginning of the timeline, Starfield is the middle, and Elder Scrolls is Far Future.

"The game will feature space travel and hub worlds aswell as RNG worlds. It's meant to be a test into more sandboxy/Minecraft-ish AAA thing but with Bethesda gameplay and still actual designed worlds/quests/etc."

As far as this 'Starfield' leak goes, we do know that Bethesda is hiring someone for a "bleeding-edge AAA freemium."

As for the other game Bethesda is working on, Salulard revealed it to be a " Fantasy game of a famous franchise" which is suggested to be Game of Thrones related. Salulard went on detail that we might be seeing preproduction Elder Scrolls VI and conceptual for Elder Scrolls VII. It was also detailed that the next Elder Scrolls will have a settlement system, like in Fallout 4, and will be set in Akavir. Essentially, the plot will have players take the role of a prisoner sent on an imperial colonial ship to Akavir.

Additionally, there will be four new races, one being human (detailed to be the "first Asian race in the franchise"), a monkey humanoid race, a humanoid tiger race, and a humanoid snake race – though it might be a parasite race."

Elder Scrolls VII is still a concept but is aiming to take place on all of Tamriel, which requires new technology to contain – so it's not being developed yet. It is also aiming to feature "full destructibility,"

We will be seeing Fallout 4 VR at E3 and it is being rumored that Skyrim VR is being developed, but will not be shown during the conference.
