Bethesda’s Battlecry Studios looking to ‘redefine the Free-To-Play’ genre

Bethesda's newly opened Battlecry Studios is hiring. We don't yet know what the Austin-based studio is working on, but Bethesda did hint that "they're already hard at work on redefining the Free-To-Play game space."

Battlecry Studios is headed by long-time industry veteran Rich Vogel who recently served as the executive producer on the development of Star Wars: The Old Republic. He has also worked on other MMOs such as Ultima Online and Star Wars Galaxies. Given Vogel's expertise in the MMO realm and Bethesda's aim to redefine the free-to-play space, it's not inconceivable that Battlecry's unannounced project is some sort of MMO.

For those of you actually looking to get into the industry, you can find the list of jobs over at parent-company Zenimax's website.
