Brace yourself Pokemon fans; some "big news" is coming your way next week. The official Pokemon Twitter account told fans of the franchise to "mark your calendars" as some big news is coming on January 8, 2013.
Pokemon's official Japanese site has also been updated with a teaser image linking to the same message.
What could it be? We're guessing it's something related to the Pokemon Trading Card Game or Pokemon tournament, as recent Pokemon game announcements, including Pokemon Mystery Dungoeon: Gates to Infinity release date, was made by Nintendo rather than through The Pokemon Company.
