BioShock Infinite has sold more than four million units since its release in March. Take-Two Interactive chairman and CEO Strauss Zelnick revealed the latest figure during the company's Q1 FY14 financial call.
"BioShock InfiniteĀ is North America's best-selling multiplatform release so far this year, according to NPD," Zelnick said. "The title has crossed the 4 million units selling mark, and we expect it to become the top-selling release in the BioShock franchise."
The sales success comes hot on the heels of the newly announced DLC, Burial at Sea and Clash in the Clouds, the latter of which became available today. While Clash in the Clouds is a nice little add-on that adds some combat challenges, the real highlight is Burial at Sea, an add-on that will take you back to Rapture before the mighty fall.
BioShock Infinite was said to be one of the largest contributors to Take-Two's Q1 net revenue of $142.7 million.
