2K has officially announced that Bioshock: The Collection will release this September after a flurry of rumors had leaked. It’s been nine years since Irrational Games and 2K took us on a terrifying journey to the depths of the underwater city of Rapture with BioShock. Five years since you returned to Rapture in BioShock 2. Three years since you grabbed a skyhook and sailed across the floating city of Columbia in
BioShock Infinite. According to 2K, Bioshock: The Collection will release on September 13th in the U.S. and the 16th internationally on Xbox One.
The Collection will include all three games; Bioshock 1, 2 and Infinite and come with all of the single player DLC. No multiplayer will be included in Bioshock 2 however. In addition to the three games, a brand new video series featuring the series creator Ken Levine will also be included. The full list of included items is as follows:
BioShock
BioShock 2 (**Multiplayer will not be included)
BioShock Infinite
