Kakao Games has been releasing some major updates to Black Desert Online in recent weeks with the Valencia Part 1 expansion coming out just two weeks ago, but the developers are showing no signs of slowing down. They have announced that they will be releasing two new classes, the Ninja and Kunoichi into the game next week on July 20th.
Here's the official description of the Ninja class:
"The Ninja is an agile close-quarters combatant. With dashes, aerial skills, and even teleportation, Ninjas can get up close to their opponents alarmingly fast. Designed to land precise, deadly strikes, both the Ninja and Kunoichi can conceal themselves until the time is right. When in a tight spot, Ninjas can also make use of stun and debuff techniques to regain the upper hand."
And the Kunoichi class:
The Kunoichi fights in much the same style as the Ninja but specializes in deflecting attacks with her trusty Kunai. A defensive force to be reckoned with, the Kunoichi uses her sharp senses to execute perfectly timed blocks before landing devastating counterattacks.
Alongside the new classes, Kakao Games will be bringing the Skill Add-on System which will let players enhance and customize their attacks by attaching up to two different effects to their characters’ skills. There will also be some improvements made to the Skill Reset system that will make it easier for players to redistribute their characters' skill points without losing skill add-ons.
It's also worth mentioning that the long awaited Node and Siege warfare modes will be officially added to the game in just a few short days on July 17th.
