Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's Nuketown Zombies mode will not be included with pre-orders of the standard game, Activision clarified today.
Looking to clear up any confusion, Call of Duty community manager Liam Ashley confirmed on Twitter that pre-ordering the standard game will only give you access to the Nuketown 2025 multiplayer map — NOT the Nuketown Zombies mode that was revealed as part of the Collector Editions of Black Ops 2.
Available only as part of the Collector Editions — Care Package, Hardened Edition, or Digital Deluxe Edition — Nuketown Zombies will have you defend against hordes of zombies on the beloved 1960s nuclear neighborhood.
The standard Nuketown 2025 map, included when just pre-ordering the regular standalone game, will only allow you to play the standard multiplayer gameplay on a re-imagined version of the 1960s neighborhood.
