Blizzard has announced that they will be announcing a release date for World of Warcraft's next expansion, Warlords of Draenor, on August 14. The announcement will be made during a special World of Warcraft event which will be held at the Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles.
In addition to the release date announcement, you'll also see the world premiere of the Warlords of Draenor cinematic and hear live interviews with developers. You'll also witness the debut of the first episode of a new animated lore mini-series: Lords of War.
The event kicks off at 9:30am PDT. Doors open at 8:30am, but seating is on a first-come, first-served basis so I'd recommend lining up early, especially since all those who attend the event in person will also receive a beta key for Warlords of Draenor. If you're not in the area or just don't feel like fighting crowds, you can always tune in to the event via a livestream on World of Warcraft's website.
