Blizzard Entertainment trying to trademark ‘Cute But Deadly’

With Blizzard Entertainment working on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 versions of Diablo 3, in addition to World of Warcraft, StarCraft and whatever projects they're keeping secret from us, I'd say they're quite busy. But not busy enough to file trademarks.

Blizzard Entertainment has filed a trademark application for "Cute But Deadly" with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. The patent application applies to numerous goods and services; among them are milk bottle caps, socks, t-shirts, papercraft and action figures.

Sounds like Blizzard has a merchandising scheme up their sleeves.
