Bloodborne is going to be delayed a bit, as was announced on PlayStation Blog. From Software's latest PlayStation 4 epic was set to release in February 2015. The short delay will now see the game releasing exclusively on PS4 on March 25, 2015. So a month delay.
The reason for the delay is so that From Software can deliver the best possible final experience with Bloodborne. With some hyped games like Destiny and Assassin's Creed Unity releasing without feeling finished, this is probably a good thing.
On the delay, they wrote, "We were really grateful for all the player data and feedback we received from those who took part in our recent limited alpha test, and this extra development time will allow us to better integrate these learnings into the game."
I'd say take as long as you want. We would all rather have a game need as much time to finish up then get something unfinished and rushed.
