In a highly controversial statement by a mysterious male speaker, “The blood makes us human, makes us more than more human, makes us human no more.” Is that blood a curse? A weapon? A fate? Unknown. By the protagonist receiving this blood, is he locked into this ordeal as well? “Blood soothes our fears.”
