Bollocks! Netflix is losing Doctor Who, Luther and other BBC shows this month

Well this sucks. I thought I had more time to get into and watch Doctor Who, but after January 31st, most BBC content on Netflix will not be available for streaming.

Among the shows about to be taken off of Netflix are Doctor Who, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, Black Adder, Coupling, Fawlty Towers, Primeval, Red Dwarf, Survivors, Top Gear and Torchwood. Also, one of my personal favorites — and probably one of the best shows on Netflix — Luther (starring Idris Elba) is also going bye bye.

So you better get in your Doctor Who fix while you can. And watch Luther. It's amazing.

That said, The Mary Sue believes that there's still a chance BBC and Netflix reach an agreement and avert disaster.
