Borderlands comes to iOS this month

Borderlands, Gearbox's hit game from 2009, is hitting the iPhone and iPad this month.

The new version is called Borderlands Legends. An ad for the game appeared in the Borderlands 2 digital strategy guide, according to the Gearbox forum, although the developer has yet to formally announce the title.

Each character — Mordecai, Lilith, Roland, and Brick — has his own skill tree. Unlike in the console versions, missions are "randomised." The iOS game also features a "strategic cover system."
