Borderlands Legends makes its debut today on iOS devices

If you don't quite get enough of Borderlands, and wished that you could somehow take that shoot and loot experience with you, starting today, you can!

Borderlands Legends however doesn't feature characters from Borderlands 2, and instead focuses on everyone's favorite original Vault Hunters, Brick, Lilith, Mordecai and Roland. You'll have to fend off against waves of iconic enemies such as Skags, Bandits, Psychos and Bruisers. You'll take control of all four characters at once in an isometric style gameplay.

Fans will be glad to know that Borderlands Legends is still all about the loot and the game still has "bazillions" of randomly generated weapons, shields and utilities to purchase, as well as dozens of skills and abilities to unlock for each character.

The game is available on iPhone and iPod Touch devices for $4.99 and on the iPad for $6.99. Having already played the game on my iPhone, I suggest that if you do own an iPad, get that version instead. The tiny screen does make it hard to pinpoint exactly where you want your vault hunters to move to.

Make sure to stay tuned for an official review.
