Borderlands: The Handsome Collection announced for PS4 and Xbox One

Borderlands is coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4! Well, kind of. 2K and Gearbox announced today Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, a high-definition bundle of Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. While I'm saddened the original Borderlands game isn't included, I understand the decision to keep it focused on Handsome Jack's storyline.

Included in The Handsome Collection is all of the previously released downloadable content for both games and four-player splitscreen co-op, a first in Borderlands history.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection will be available for PS4 and Xbox One on March 24, 2015 for $59.99. 2K Also announced today a "very limited" run of 5,000 Borderlands: The Handsome Collection Claptrap-in-a-Box Editions. Also available on March 24, 2015, this $399 collection includes a remote-controlled Claptrap that can speak in "Claptrap," stream live footage and is fully mobile while balancing on one wheel. It also comes with a collectible steel package and 12 exclusive lithographs.
