Boston Dynamics reveals the why robots will rise against us

Boston Dynamics has been hard at work creating another robot lackey for them to bully. They have already created the "Big Dog" that looks like something from hell, something from hell that they enjoy kicking around (as seen below).

The latest creation from Boston Dynamics is the new version of Atlas, a robot that likes to pick things up. The robot was designed to operate outdoors and indoors, specializing in mobile manipulation.

The 5'9" tall, 180 lbs robot is electrically powered, hydraulically actuated and being bullied by Boston Dynamics.

The video below shows an 'engineer' pushing Atlas around with a hockey stick and some big cardboard cylinder. Atlas takes the abuse, simply attempting to continue on with the jobs he was programmed to do, poor Atlas even gets pushed onto his face.

He takes the abuse until he has enough and leaves the building, probably to start the robot uprising.

Boston Dynamics begins pushing Atlas around at the 1:22 mark.
