Bound by Flame developer reveals new sci-fi RPG Technomancer

Spiders, the French video game developer that brought us Mars: War Logs and Bound by Flame, is working on a new sci-fi RPG that will incorporate action, combat, stealth and magic.

Title Technomancer, the game is a spin-off of Mars: War Logs. It will relate to War Logs, but it won't directly follow the previous games. It sounds like the game is set in the same universe and will call upon certain events or character that occurred in that universe.

Technomancer made its reveal during a Focus Interactive preview event earlier this week. It will put players in a battle with six factions, each of which can work with you or against you, and will essentially be working off the world set into play by War Logs. You will play as a rookie technomancer on a mission to find and secure artifacts and technology from lost Earth. The technomancers, due to a mutation, are able to wield magic… Mutants (like in X-Men) aren't very well liked by the general population.

We are awaiting more details on the game itself, like what platforms it will be hitting and a release window.
