Bridge-building simulator, Poly Bridge releases with revolutionary Twitch integration

Poly Bridge has been one of the more successful Early Access games over the past year, and it finally released in full this week on July 12th, 2016. One of the game's most intriguing features is how it handles Twitch integration, and (assuming you aren't a troll) it certainly provides one of the most interactive streaming experiences ever created for both the streamer and the viewer.

Through http://twitch.drycactus.com viewers can follow their favorite streamers as they play Poly Bridge while offering suggestions for improvements to what the streamer is creating in real time.

Streamers also have control over multiple aspects of the Twitch integration at all times, such as:
  • Opening/Closing 'suggestion' time
  • Subscriber-only mode
  • Banning annoying players
  • Setting how often an individual viewer is allowed to submit a suggestion
  • Chatbot broadcasting for viewer engagement

The final release of Poly Bridge has brought a wealth of new content to the game alongside the new Twitch integration which includes:

  • Level count for the Campaign has jumped from 36 to 105
  • Entirely new Sandbox and Workshop modes that are way better than before
  • Completely redone and significantly improved artwork, with the addition of visual effects such as ambient occlusion and more
  • More complex controls available, including multi-phase hydraulic controller, split joints, and all sorts of other technical mumbo-jumbo
  • A new and improved user interface and in-game tools to build bridges
  • Online leaderboards and rankings to add a competitive edge

If you are interested in checking out Poly Bridge, you can head over to the game's Steam page here.
