Broken Sword 5 The Serpents Curse coming to PS4 and Xbox One

Revolution Software has announced that Broken Sword 5 The Serpent's Curse will be headed to consoles. The Xbox One and PS4 versions will be released this Summer and feature both episodes of the game currently out on PC. Europe will see a physical version of the game which will also come with the game's graphic novel as well. Those who are not in Europe will have to settle for only the digital version unfortunately.

Charles Cecil, the CEO of Revolution, was excited about the announcement made earlier this week, stating:

"We are delighted to bring Broken Sword 5 to PS4 and Xbox One – with enhancements over the other versions including additional animation and audio, a character gallery section and many console-specific enhancements. The Broken Sword games have a proud history on previous PlayStation and Xbox consoles. There is such a loyal following for the Broken Sword games, as demonstrated by the 15,000 fans who backed the original Kickstarter campaign – it’s fantastic to now be able to bring the game to all those console owners who have requested that we write the game for their favorite platform."

Broken Sword  5 The Serpents Curse released its first episode back in December of 2013 followed up by episode two in April of last year.
