Bryan Cranston plugs this weekend's release of 'Power Rangers' by donning the classic Red Ranger duds.
In a recent interview on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert', Bryan Cranston appeared to plug the upcoming release of 'Power Rangers'. While Cranston will be playing the ancient, sage-like mentor and keeper of their power, Zordon, he showed up in a much different getup, making his grand entrance dressed as the original Red Ranger!
Cranston debuted a clip which featured Zordon, who he describes as "a disembodied head within the walls of a ship", meeting the teenagers chosen by fate to be the new Rangers. Much to the joy of classic MMPR fans, Colbert brought up Cranston's storied history with the Power Rangers and showed another clip, this time featuring his voice work as the monstrous villain, Snizard. Check out the interview above!
The movie stars Dacre Montgomery, RJ Cyler, Ludi Lin, Becky Gomez, Naomi Scott, Bill Hader, with Elizabeth Banks, and Bryan Cranston.
Power Rangers releases March 24th!
