Bungie gives Titans a Warlock perk with new Exotic Helmet in Destiny: The Taken King

Ahead of tomorrow's livestream that details a new location in Destiny's upcoming expansion, The Taken King, Bungie took to Instagram to reveal a new Exotic Titan Helmet.

The helmet was along with a quote from Xur, Agent of the Nine:

I have information, but I do not know yet if you are the one it is meant for… Titans: fly like the shadows with the Empyrean Bellicose. Aiming your weapons while in the air will hold you in place for a short time. Orbs collected when your Super is full will recharge your melee ability.

The portion that reads "Aiming your weapons while in the air will hold you in place for a short time," confirms that the helmet will give Titans the Angel of Light perk that is currently only available to Warlocks.

Angel of Light tends to get a lot of hate, but can be quite useful in certain situations — especially when combined with another perk.

The other perk that the helmet offers is the ability to suck up orbs to recharge melee abilities.

Bungie has already gone on record saying that The Taken King will be bringing a bigger armory than any Guardian has ever seen with it, but the community doesn't seem too pleased with this Exotic. Hopefully the next Exotic they share can please the masses.
