Iron Banner returns on Tuesday, December 29th and will switch back to Control after a brief test with Clash last month. You'll have a few more weekends to gear up for the event, starting today with the return of Xur.
With the Iron Banner confirmed to return to Destiny on December 29th, Bungie has shown off a new batch of endgame gear you can acquire from Lord Saladin or drops that arrive at the end of completed matches. During this event, it looks like there's an auto rifle and shotgun available, as well as boots, helmets, and class items. There's even PlayStation exclusive armor. Here are the ranks they'll be available at:
- Rank 3: Boots
- Rank 4: Helmets, Auto Rifles
- Rank 5: Shotgun
- Rank 2: Helmets
- Rank 3: Class Items, Auto Rifles
- Rank 4: Shotgun
