Bungie tweaks Destiny; Doesn’t release patch notes, instead teases higher Crimson Days Ghost drop rate

I want candy!

The release of the Crimson Days event in Destiny was riddled with a couple of issues that Bungie promised to fix. One of these issues was found in the event's Crimson Doubles, that had the potential to drop some sweet Valentine's Day-themed Ghosts.

Unfortunately for players, the drop rate for the Ghosts was "pretty low," even by Bungie's standards. There's something to look forward to though, Bungie tweaked Destiny today!

We don't know exactly what the developers tweaked, as they won't be releasing patch notes, but they did tease the Crimson Days Ghosts.

Our hopeful hearts want to believe that the tease means that Destiny finally tweaked the drop rate on those puppies.

In other Destiny news, Bungie updated the Crucible's matchmaking system to bring more emphasis on connection quality last night. Prior to the update, players were finding that the emphasis on skill in matchmaking led to games with laggy connections, which altered the gameplay substantially.
