We already know that April 1st marks the end of Hideo Kojima's role as Executive Content Officer at Konami, but apparently Burger King wants to steal the spotlight.
On April 1st, Japan will celebrate "Whopper Day" — a day where Burger King lovers will be able to purchase a "Whopper Pass" for 5,000 yen (around $41 US) — a pass that will allow them 30 days of Whopper meals at a fixed price of 840 yen (roughly $7). That's the more believable part of Whopper Day.
The less believable part is the Flame-Griller Whopper perfume.
Yes, you read that right. You can now smell as though you have been Flame-Grilled yourself. Now remember, we are approaching April 1st, also known as April Fools' Day. Despite the perfume coming straight from a Burger King Japan ad, it's possible this could be joke.
If it's not a joke, the perfume will only be available on April 1st in Japan starting at 10:30 AM for 5,000 yen (again around $41 US) and will be available in limited quantities.
I…I kind of want this. I want to go out on a date, have them sniff me and wonder….Is she made out of Whoppers?
