Burnout Paradise Remaster rated for Nintendo Switch; Retailer lists Xbox One and PS4

One of the most acclaimed racing games of all-time is Criterion Games' Burnout Paradise. The game blended explosive action with fast-paced racing and arcade-y gameplay. Criterion was ultimately pushed by EA to go work on Need for Speed, leaving Burnout to fall by the wayside but… it looks like the series may be making a comeback.

Multiple Brazilian sources such as a ratings board and a retailer have leaked the existence of a Burnout Paradise remaster for Xbox One, PS4, and even Nintendo Switch. The ratings listing has been removed meaning it may have been pulled after someone realized they listed it on accident or it's a complete fake. Obviously, EA nor Criterion have yet to officially announce anything but usually, when something leaks via a ratings board, it means a release is imminent.

As always, take it with a grain of salt and don't take this as an absolute certainty but there's some validity to this leak. Regardless of if a remaster does come, Burnout Paradise is available on Xbox One through the backward compatible feature on the console.
