The portable Neo Geo X, priced at $200, is now also available for $130 as a basic package.
You'll be able to purchase the system starting December 6. The "Gold" $200 bundle includes 20 preinstalled games, a docking station that hooks up to the television, and a joystick resembling the classic Neo Geo controller.
The $130 version gives you the handheld by itself.
Players can connect the device to the TV for local multiplayer — a feature available for virtually all the included games, but one that requires a second joystick, which will sell for an undetermined price.
The Neo Geo X runs on Linux and uses a 480 x 272 pixel display similar to the PSP's. The battery lasts roughly six hours on a single charge.
