The Dangerous Hunts franchise is at it again. Just yesterday, Activision Blizzard announced Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2013. This exciting and heart stopping hunting game will also introduce a new controller to players. The Top Shot Fearmaster wireless controller will integrate the player’s own heart rate into the game. This will bridge players with an authentic hunting experience making hunting gameplay as realistic as ever.
The Fearmaster’s grips will have sensors that can sense the player’s level of fear or how they maintain their cool. Through utilizing biometric heart rate monitors, Activision is creating a better hunting experience. This isn’t just like some sort of heavy breathing mechanism, it actually effects gameplay. The more a player can control their heart rate, the more accurate their aiming will be. The more you keep your cool the better you’ll do. This feature will be present in Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 but the Wii version will only have motion stability without the heart rate sensor.
Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2013 will have smarter AI than before and far deadlier. The animals will form pack social hierarchies, use tactics, and take advantage of the environment before ambushing you. Scenarios should always be different and new to the player.
Expect more out of your hunting games!
