Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s Exo Zombies mode teased in trailer

As if having the talent of Kevin Spacey in your game wasn't enough, Activision is adding to the starpower of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with its Exo Zombies mode. The publisher released a new teaser trailer today, offering glimpses of the mutated creatures players will be fighting against while also briefly touching on the backstory.

"When Atlas dropped the bomb, they hoped it would finish the war," an ominous voice says. "Instead, it unleashed a freakshow like no one's ever seen. No warning. No backup. No one left, but us."

"Us," of course, is referring to the major actors that will star in the new Exo Zombies mode: John Malkovich (Con Air), Bill Paxton (Aliens), Rose McGowan (Planet Terror), and Jon Bernthal (Fury). It's unclear if the actors will only lend their voices to Advanced Warfare or if their likenesses and performance capture will also appear in the game, like Kevin Spacey in the main campaign as Jonathan Irons. For those wondering, the trailer features narration from John Malkovich.

The first chapter of Exo Zombies will debut next month, and is included with the Havoc add-on for Advanced Warfare. Havoc is set to arrive in January on Xbox platforms, and later on PlayStation and PC.
