We're just a few short months away from the release of Black Ops 2, 2012's installment of Activision's yearly Call of Duty franchise.
As it stands, we don't really know much about the multiplayer portion of the game. Normally a major portion of any Call of Duty game, the multiplayer content is one of the major selling factors in Call of Duty. In fact, there is so much emphasis placed on it that some have begun to suggest Call of Duty be split into two separate purchases, one for the single player campaign and one for multiplayer.
That probably won't happen with Black Ops 2, but it looks like it will at least maintain Call of Duty's tradition of impressive multiplayer. Still, outside of Black Ops signature zombie mode returning with a mode that will introduce "entirely new ways to wage war with the undead," not much is known about Black Ops 2's multiplayer.
That should all change tomorrow as it was confirmed, via the Call of Duty Twitter, that a new reveal trailer will debut tomorrow showcasing Black Ops 2's multiplayer in action. We don't yet know what it will detail, but I'm betting it will show some new modes, maps, and possibly perks/weapons.
We already know one of the maps that will be playable. Activision recently confirmed that a re-imagined Black Ops 2 version of Nuketown, a multiplayer map from the previous Black Ops, will be available as a pre-order incentive.
