This is it! After a few days of teasing, Activision is finally ready to lift the lid on this year's Call of Duty. Based on today's teaser, it appears that Treyarch, as speculated, will be developing Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
The brief "Back in Black" teaser, which was released to confirm the April 26th world reveal of this year's Call of Duty, contains several hints towards Black Ops 3. For starters, the lines you hear are all quotes from either Black Ops 1 or 2. The outline of the soldier you see towards the end of the video is also that of a dual-wielding man, similar to the cover of the first Black Ops. And lastly, as the trailer closes, a roman numeral "one" splits into a two and then a three.
Need more proof? You'll have to wait until April 26, 2015, as that appears to be when Activision and Treyarch will officially reveal Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
