Last week, a retailer leaked upcoming Zombies only DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, titled Zombies Chronicles, and it was further confirmed by Amazon to be releasing in June. The DLC has yet to be revealed by Activision (it wasn't even revealed during the Call of Duty: WWII livestream), but the ESRB has rated it.
Unfortunately, the rating came with no new description for the DLC. Luckily, the retailers that leaked Zombies Chronicles detailed it features 8 classic Treyarch Zombies maps that have been remastered and will include some features from Black Ops 3's Zombies mode.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 'Zombies Chronicles' is said to release on June 27th, 2017 for Xbox One and PS4.
