Call of Duty: Ghosts Extinction mode revealed with trailer

Activision and Infinity Ward have officially revealed Call of Duty: Ghosts' Extinction mode, a new cooperative game mode that blends survival action and first-person base defense.

The new mode, which seems to have a similar feel to Call of Duty Zombies, was announced alongside the release of a trailer which highlights the scavenging and class leveling that will also take place while playing. Only this time, instead of zombies, you'll be attempting to survive against an onslaught of alien creatures.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is set to release on November 5 for PC and current-gen consoles. It will be available at the launch of PS4 and Xbox One next month as well.
