Call of Duty: Ghosts is Free Fall(ing)

New to Call of Duty: Ghosts this year is a "dynamic map event mechanic." Perhaps in response to Battlefield 4's Levolution, the new mechanic alters the landscape of the map as you progress through the match.

In Ghosts' "Free Fall" bonus map (free for those who pre-order), you play on a giant shattered skyscraper on the brink of collapse. As the match plays on, the ruined skyscraper will continue to fall, with its shockwaves causing further destruction, "disrupting sightlines and constantly evolving paths and chokepoints as the map changes in real-time."

Looking to show off the new mechanic further, Activision yesterday released the first gameplay footage on the Free Fall map. Check it out below:
