When the initial beta dates for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare were revealed, Activision confirmed a PlayStation 4 beta and hinted at an Xbox One beta coming at a later date. Now, the beta dates for both consoles have been revealed and it looks like PS4 players get quite a bit of extra gameplay time.
It should be made clear that Multiplayer Beta access for Infinite Warfare on the following dates will only be granted to those who have pre-ordered the game (unless Activision personally gives you a key)! Unfortunately, the beta will not be available on PC – so nothing has really changed since the initial announcement.
The multiplayer beta will occur on two consecutive weekends, the first beta will only be available to PS4 players that pre-ordered, it begins 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET on October 14th and ends Monday, October 17 at the same time. The following weekend will be available to Xbox One and PS4 owners that pre-ordered and will begin October 21st 10 at AM PT / 1 PM ET and it will end Monday, October 24 at the same time.
So, PS4 players get two weekends, Xbox One players get one.
