Telltale Games isn't yet ready to announce next-gen plans for The Wolf Among Us, but the studio hasn't exactly ruled them out either. Speaking to game director Nick Herman at PAX, he reaffirmed the game's release on PC/Mac, Xbox 360, PS3, and "probably more to be announced later."
Of course, this can mean a number of things including mobile devices, or possibly next-gen consoles. When asked if we can expect the game to release on Xbox One or PS4, Herman responded, "I have nothing to say about that."
Admission by omission? Herman didn't exactly have his poker face on when saying that, but without any sort of announcement it's hard to be certain. I do have a hard time believing The Wolf Among Us will never reach next-gen platforms, especially when we see how many platforms The Walking Dead has been released on.
For those more concerned about the actual game, check back later tonight for my preview of the game.
