Capcom’s new property Deep Down may come to Xbox One

Capcom's new intellectual property Deep Down (working title), which debuted at the PlayStation 4 event earlier this year, may not be a PlayStation 4 exclusive after all.

Producer Yoshinori Ono gave Gematsu a response that has cast the game's exclusivity into doubt.

"I cant [sic] answer about it at the moment," Ono tweeted, when asked if the game is coming to Xbox One.

This doesn't reveal Capcom's release plans either way, but it is a curious statement.

Deep Down uses the company's impressive next-gen Panta Rhei engine, whose odd pronunciation was the butt of a lot of jokes during the presentation.

The teaser trailer showed a knight confronting a dragon underground. The game challenges players to "conquer your fear or die a coward."
