Castlevania for 3DS and Wii listed on ESRB

According to a listing on the official Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), Castlevania is coming to the Nintendo 3DS and Wii platforms. Rated E for Everyone, there's no clarification as to whether this is a remake of the original Castlevania from 1986 or the Nintendo 64 game fro 1999, but with a new 3DS Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate releasing March 5, the original Castlevania on the 3DS virtual console makes sense.

We will update this post when there is more clarification from Nintendo on which game this is.
