Celebrate Diablo III’s birthday with a nifty week-long buff

Diablo III turns two years old today. I have fond memories of playing the game for the first time and frantically navigating through the world so that I could review the game before heading off to the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo.

My brain was fried the entire connection filled flight from Cincinnati, Ohio to Los Angeles, California.

By the time I got back home, the world had spoken regarding Diablo III: it was a nice try but it just wasn't the same. But that was two years ago; things are so much better now, thanks in part to improved loot and the Reaper of Souls expansion.

It's only fair then that Blizzard entices you to celebrate Diablo III's birthday with the following rewards, valid through Thursday, May 22nd at 5:00 AM PDT:

  • Double Rift Fragments
  • 100% boost to a player's chance to find Legendary items

Wow, that sounds pretty nifty. I should probably go play some Diablo III.

I'm playing on PC, though; these buffs are only good on the PC and Mac clients.
