After hearing Septa Unella shove "shame" down Cersei Lannister's throat on a constant basis, the Queen of the seven kingdoms has one word to say… tame.
Now, everybody that watched Game of Thrones last Sunday knows the extent of the rather brutal awakening of the season 6 finale.
However, the actress that plays Cersei in HBO's critically-acclaimed TV show, Lena Headey, has sensationally claimed that her character's revenge was much tamer than first planned.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, the actress said: "The scene was meant to be worse, but they couldn’t do it. "
"This is like the tame version. It’s pretty bad still though. I’d take being exploded in the Sept over that any day."
"It’s so filthy. It’s so great", Headey continued.
"Everybody’s witnessed what happened with the two of them. I don’t think people will be able to help going, “Yes!” But it’s so depraved, it’s brilliant."
We're already aware of a certain "Mad King" that existed in the Game of Thrones universe, but are we now seeing the rise of a mad queen?
Guess we'll have to wait until 2017 when the show makes its return.
