The Moga controller aimed to fix those pesky touchscreen controls by giving gamers a gamepad. We really enjoyed our time with it, even though it lacked a traditional d-pad and favored dual analog nubs instead of analog sticks. The good folks over at Power A are fixing this with more fully featured controller, titled the MOGA Pro.
The new controller will be a full-sized console style controller, have dual analog sticks, 4 action buttons, a classic d-pad, two shoulder buttons and two shoulder triggers. It will ditch regular batteries in favor of rechargeable batteries.
"The response to our MOGA pocket-sized controller from Android gamers has been fantastic, and we're now excited to give mobile gamers true, console-style control with MOGA Pro," said Eric Bensussen, President of PowerA. "Now more than ever, mobile gamers will feel at home with a traditional controller while playing the huge variety of games available on the MOGA Mobile Gaming System."
The exact release date and price haven't been revealed yet, however we can look forward to getting our hands on it in Springs 2013.
