Two prototype's for Razer's Project Valerie have been stolen from their booth at this year's Computer Electronics Show.
This year's Computer Electronics Show was an epic showcase of the latest in PC technology. One of the most anticipated new gaming laptops taking center stage was Razer's optimistic new venture, Project Valerie. The collapsible three-screened display has been mesmerizing enthusiasts ever since its reveal. Unfortunately, some showgoer just couldn't wait until the laptop is released to enjoy it.
Razer CEO and Creative Director, Min-Liang Tan, recently took to Facebook to confirm that two of the company's prototypes on display in their CES booth have in fact been stolen:
It seems the theft occured around 4pm on January 8th. Tan suggests that the theft could be an act of indutrial sabotage and he plans to take the matter very seriously. The company is already working with the police, but there has also been a bounty placed for upwards of $25,000 for any relevant information to catching the larsonist(s).
