Her name is ‘Freedom Knight Deed,’ a Knight who appears to use a spear. Below you’ll find a picture of her stats and appearance.
Fortune Ring characters cannot be summoned but are instead gained by trading in 70 Fortune Rings. You receive Fortune Rings through completing daily quests, a possible log in reward, and by selling rarer arcana. These characters tend to be weaker than summoned 5-star characters but they have a guaranteed way of getting them to boost them to max possible level via limit breaks.
